- What is freeze-dried fruit?
- Freeze-dried fruit is real fruit with the water removed at very low temperature, so the flavor concentrates and the texture becomes light and crisp instead of chewy. That is why our freeze-dried strawberries, bananas and apples taste intensely fruity while staying shelf stable and crunchy.
- What is trail mix made of?
- Trail mix is a portable blend of nuts, seeds and dried fruit. Our Cravings Signature Trail Mix keeps that balance everyday-friendly, while the Cravings Deluxe Trail Mix leans on premium nuts for a richer handful.
- How are your chickpeas roasted?
- The chickpeas are roasted until the moisture leaves and the outside turns crispy, then seasoned. That roasting step is what gives sea salt, honey and spicy chickpea crunch their crunchy, poppable texture rather than a soft bean bite.
- Plantain chips vs potato chips, what is the difference?
- Plantain chips are sliced from plantains, a starchier relative of the banana. Unripe plantains give a savory, clean crunch and ripe plantains turn naturally sweet and golden, so plantain chips deliver more fruit-forward flavor than a standard potato chip.
- Where do you ship?
- We currently ship across the contiguous United States. If you're outside the U.S. and would like to order, contact us, we handle select international orders on request.
- How much is shipping?
- Shipping is a flat $8.99 per order. The rate is the same for every eligible order, so it does not change with your address, order size, or weight. A $10.00 minimum product subtotal is required to check out, and shipping is added on top of that subtotal.
- How long does shipping take?
- Orders are typically packed within 1 to 2 business days. Standard U.S. shipping arrives in 3 to 7 business days after that. You'll receive tracking as soon as your order ships.
- How should I store my products?
- Keep the pouch sealed, cool, and dry. Once opened, roll or clip the top closed and enjoy within a couple of weeks for peak crunch and flavor.
- Where are Cravings by Temnnys products packaged and shipped?
- Cravings by Temnnys is a U.S.-based, independently owned brand. Every product is packaged and shipped from the United States.
- Do you offer wholesale or bulk pricing?
- Yes. If you run a retail shop, café, hotel, gifting program, or corporate account, visit our Wholesale page or email info@cravingsbytemnnys.com and we'll follow up personally.
- What is your return policy?
- Because our food products are consumable items and quality can be affected by handling once they leave us, we don't accept returns of opened product. If your order arrives damaged, wrong, or defective, contact us within 7 days and we'll make it right.
- I have an allergy, is your product safe for me?
- For specific ingredient, allergen, and nutrition information on a product, please email info@cravingsbytemnnys.com before ordering and we'll share full details. Do not rely on general descriptions if you have a serious allergy.
- Do you offer gift cards?
- We don't currently offer gift cards. Email us and we can arrange a custom gift order sent directly to your recipient with a personal note.
