Where we ship
Cravings by Temnnys ships across the contiguous United States. If you're ordering from Alaska, Hawaii, a U.S. territory, or outside the U.S., email info@cravingsbytemnnys.com and we'll help arrange your order.
Processing time
Orders are packed and handed off to the carrier within 1 to 2 business days, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
Delivery time
Standard U.S. shipping arrives in approximately 3 to 7 business days after your order ships. You'll receive tracking by email as soon as your package leaves us.
Flat-rate shipping
Cravings by Temnnys offers $8.99 flat-rate shipping on eligible online orders. The rate is the same for every eligible order: it is not calculated by address, order weight, or selected service. The $8.99 shipping charge is added at checkout after the $10.00 minimum product subtotal has been reached. Taxes, where applicable, are separate from the shipping charge.
Lost, delayed, or damaged packages
If your order is marked delivered but hasn't arrived, or if it arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date at info@cravingsbytemnnys.com with your order number and (for damage) a photo of the package. See our Returns page for full details.
