Where we ship
Cravings by Temnnys ships across the contiguous United States. If you're ordering from Alaska, Hawaii, a U.S. territory, or outside the U.S., email info@cravingsbytemnnys.com and we'll help arrange your order.
Processing time
Orders are packed and handed off to the carrier within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays).
Delivery time
Standard U.S. shipping arrives in approximately 3–7 business days after your order ships. You'll receive tracking by email as soon as your package leaves us.
Shipping rates
Rates are calculated at checkout based on your address, order weight, and selected service. Any promotional offers (free shipping, discounts) will appear before you confirm your order.
Lost, delayed, or damaged packages
If your order is marked delivered but hasn't arrived, or if it arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date at info@cravingsbytemnnys.com with your order number and (for damage) a photo of the package. See our Returns page for full details.
